Stuffed paranthas are considered as one of the most favourite and comforting breakfast meal in most of the punjabi households. These are generally served with fresh homemade butter, mint chutney, pickle and curd. Paneer and butter are considered as amazing sources of calcium.

Ingredients for the paneer stuffing:
paneer
onion
fresh coriander leaves
green chillies
salt
garam masala
coriander powder
Ingredients for the chapati( wheat dough)
whole wheat flour
water
ghee
A pinch of salt
Method Of Preparing:
Paneer Filling
In a mixing bowl crumble the paneer then add the chopped onions to it.
Furthermore, add the green chillies, salt, garam masala and coriander powder.
Add the fresh coriander leaves and half teaspoon of ginger garlic paste.
Lastly, mix all the ingredients properly.
Whole wheat Chapati
Firstly in a bowl add the flour and some salt
Add water to the bowl and knead it till the dough becomes workable.
Lastly, keep the dough aside for 10-15 minutes.
